You also need 100 ml of water or chicken stock, 1 apple, a tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of Shio (sea salt), 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, and a tablespoon of ketchup. Last, you need the secret ingredient that makes this recipe such a gem – Japanese curry roux.
